Here, we will introduce some of what Matsudo City is doing as part of its welfare policy.
Part of Matsudo City’s welfare business
Urban long-term care prevention model
We are conducting a joint research project in collaboration with the Chiba University Research Team. This is an initiative to investigate and analyze the current situation in the region, grasp the issues, and use them for planning future nursing care models.
Food bank
We are soliciting food donations in partnership with food bank Chiba. Foods that can be donated include cereals, canned foods, and other foods that can be preserved and have a expiration date of at least 2 months.
Consultation service for people with disabilities
We accept consultations on persons with disabilities and their families, as well as consultations on discrimination and abuse of persons with disabilities. You can also get advice on general employment for persons with disabilities.
